The task

Knowing and understanding the topography of engineering surfaces is an important factor for quality, development and production of detailed machined parts. A major requirement is the fast and simultaneous measurement of form and roughness.


The solution

With the SolarScan and the SolarSurf, it is now possible for fast optical measurement of form and roughness without sacrificing the accuracy of the measurement


Our AutoScan allows for the automation of measurement procedures by means of Active X modules. This enables the system to be used close to the production process adjacent to manufacturing machines.
